Performance-Driven Designer - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Performance-Driven Designer to join our team remotely. This role focuses on creating visually engaging assets that drive results across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. As a Performance-Driven Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting static and motion graphics that not only capture attention but also contribute directly to our clients' growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design compelling static and motion creative assets such as ad sets, landing pages, and social media graphics backed by data insights.
- Create motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for social media advertising platforms, ensuring adherence to platform specifications and attention spans.
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored for different platforms and audience segments.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with campaign goals and audience insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively for diverse platforms and target audiences.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat-mapping analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Iterate and refine designs based on testing outcomes, data insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, providing regular updates and collaborating effectively with internal and client teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRO and user experience design.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work, including digital advertising assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics.
- Experience designing for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in industry trends, AI, and automation tools that enhance marketing performance.
