About the Role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Communications Specialist to join our innovative team at Mistral AI. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the social media narrative of a leading AI lab, driving impactful communications that resonate with our audience. As a Social Media Communications Specialist, you will have the autonomy to create engaging content that highlights our cutting-edge AI research and product launches.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize daily social media content across various platforms, including threads, videos, and posts.
• Work on vertical campaigns that showcase AI applications in sectors such as Finance, Education, and more.
• Edit short-form content and utilize AI tools to innovate and enhance social media communications.
• Write compelling content tailored for different channels, contributing to Mistral AI’s overarching social media strategy in North America.
• Engage with customers and influencers to co-create content that showcases our successes and thought leadership.
• Track performance metrics such as engagement rates and lead generation, using data to inform your strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research, Engineering, and Marketing, to amplify initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Co-build content frameworks and storytelling approaches that resonate globally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media and digital content creation, preferably in B2B tech or AI.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content generation and video editing.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging posts, scripts, and other formats.
• Experience managing relationships with influencers and handling budgets.
• Full-funnel mindset with the ability to connect social metrics to business outcomes.
• Fluency in AI/tech concepts, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video production and editing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
