Pipeline-Driven Growth Marketer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Pipeline-Driven Growth Marketer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for owning Ceros's inbound demand engine, connecting the dots across paid acquisition, website conversion, and product-led growth motions. This is a high-ownership position where you will set the strategy, run tests, ship campaigns, and build systems that compound over time. As a Growth Marketer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital experiences.

What You'll Do

• Set the strategy for generating inbound SQLs: determine which channels to focus on, prioritize bets, and design experiments.
• Design and execute always-on and moment-based campaigns across paid, email, and content.
• Drive website conversion through effective landing pages, CTAs, and sign-up flows, treating the site as a revenue asset.
• Identify and activate co-marketing and partnership opportunities to extend reach without extending budget.
• Build and automate repeatable campaign motions to streamline launches and improve efficiency.
• Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence, experimenting with new channels, messaging angles, and campaign formats.
• Own the performance dashboard, providing full-funnel visibility from spend and traffic to SQL volume and pipeline contribution.
• Report directly to leadership on performance metrics, highlighting what works and what needs adjustment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline outcomes and demonstrating impact through specific channels and programs.
• Fluency with AI tools and their application in day-to-day workflows.
• Strong experimentation instincts with the ability to design clean tests and analyze results effectively.
• Comfortable using analytics tools like GA4 or Mixpanel to derive insights and build dashboards.
