About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director to drive end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local regulations.
  • Partner with management to execute HR initiatives and support business goals.

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration and HRIS management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong company culture and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, compensation, benefits, and learning & development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to drive employee engagement and support talent development.
  • Experience with HRIS management and compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • HRM certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Thailand.
