Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, compensation, benefits, and learning & development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to drive employee engagement and support talent development.
- Experience with HRIS management and compliance.
