What You'll Do

• Manage patient interactions with a service-oriented approach, ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact to discharge.
• Communicate professionally with referrers, payers, and patients to coordinate care effectively.
• Significantly contribute to our clinic's occupancy management and assist our therapeutic team in therapy planning.
• Work in a smart clinic with a modern digital workspace that fosters innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical and psychological therapists, as well as specialists in various therapeutic fields.

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare management professional or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in patient management is a plus but not mandatory.
