About the Role

We are seeking a Partner & Financial Reporting Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic finance team at Farfetch. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes. You will work closely with the finance team to meet departmental goals and deliver timely financial information.

What You'll Do

• Manage cash collections and receivables bookings to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and updated account statements for partners.
• Reconcile partner accounts to maintain data integrity.
• Analyze financial data and provide ongoing reports to improve partner finance operations.
• Meet all deadlines related to monthly accounting closures.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures.
• Respond to partner queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance Operations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
