About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will support older people in living their lives to the fullest, ensuring they receive the care and compassion they deserve. This position is part-time, with a commitment of 31.5 hours per week, and is based in Skelmersdale, United Kingdom.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care and support to older residents in a residential care setting.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Work collaboratively with a committed team to deliver exceptional care services.
• Participate in training programs to meet the standards of The Care Certificate.
• Engage with residents to promote their independence and well-being.

Requirements

• Strong values and a compassionate attitude towards older people.

• Experience in a care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
