Part-Time Host/​Hostess - Fitness Environment

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and helpful Host/Hostess to join our Basic-Fit club in Bilthoven. As a part-time Host/Hostess, you will welcome members and ensure a clean and organized environment. This role offers 18 to 23 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible work in a vibrant fitness atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members with a genuine smile and assist them with their inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring no weights are left out and locker rooms are tidy.
• Provide tours for new members and assist them with their registrations.
• Engage with members actively on the floor, offering our products enthusiastically.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve club goals.

Requirements

• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility for maintaining club cleanliness.
• Affinity for sports and fitness.
• Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and challenges.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of fitness and health trends.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
