Project Manager - Residential Development (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at YIT. This Project Manager role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while leading exciting residential development projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
• Evaluate and manage contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards.
• Oversee budget management and cost tracking.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize and innovate processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in construction management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.
