Senior Methods Technician - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Methods Technician to join our team at Defiluxe. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to precision engineering projects. As a Senior Methods Technician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.
What You'll Do
- Study and determine the procedures for each manufacturing process.
- Formalize the necessary processes and procedures for organizational operations.
- Compile manufacturing documentation and technical studies.
- Design tooling for production and assist in the startup of product industrialization.
- Contribute to the evolution of processes and products.
- Create 2D plans and 3D files using CAD software.
- Develop product bill of materials (BOM).
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in assembly, micromechanics, and materials.
- Expertise in industrial product design and mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.
- Experience with ERP management software.
- Knowledge of QHSE regulations and compliance.
