About the Role
We are seeking a talented Civil Engineering Technician to join ADYD Group in a remote capacity. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in our engineering projects, focusing on the design and execution of civil engineering works. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to impactful projects in civil engineering, urban planning, and architecture.
What You'll Do
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed plans for civil engineering projects, including roundabouts, urban developments, and access roads.
- Utilize CAD software and Civil3D for drafting and modeling to ensure precise project execution.
- Prepare measurement reports and cubic calculations for earthworks, ensuring accuracy in profiles and cross-sections.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project specifications and timelines.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Office, CAD, and PRESTO software.
- Experience with Civil3D, MDT, Istram, and Clip software for project design.
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as REVIT, CYPE, and ArcGIS is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with service networks and conceptual modeling software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
