Operations Analyst - Remote Role for AI & Data Training

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Analyst to join our team remotely at Correlation One, the largest provider of AI and data workforce development programs globally. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application management and instructional staff hiring.
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, focusing on data science and data analytics training programs.
• Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable insights across different distribution channels.
• Manage live class operations on Saturdays, ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions.
• Support the Program Manager in running a successful admissions process, including application setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure strong enrollment and program success.
• Complete ad-hoc projects related to our data science and analytics training programs.

Requirements

• Must possess JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience.
• 0-2 years of full-time professional experience in an operations or analytics role.
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Slack and Zoom is strongly preferred.
