Office 365 Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Office 365 Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will ensure the high-quality performance of Office 365 services, making a significant impact on our IT Infrastructure Organization. As an Office 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Office 365 services to meet our business requirements.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and monitor the performance of Office 365 services to ensure optimal functionality.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, ensuring quick resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and sustain effective Office 365 solutions.
• Identify and execute opportunities for enhancement in Office 365 services.
• Ensure effective deployment and management of Office 365 applications.
• Prepare and present reports on Office 365 service performance to management.
• Provide technical guidance and support for Office 365-related projects.

Requirements

• Academic degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing Office 365 services.
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Office 365.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• English skills - min. B2 level.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Certifications related to Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
