About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for an Early Talent Recruiter remote position at Superbet! As we expand into new markets and develop innovative technologies, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us attract and hire the next generation of talent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping how top emerging talent enters our ecosystem globally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global hiring efforts for graduates, interns, and junior roles across Product & Technology teams including Engineering, Product, Data, QA, UX/UI Design, and PMO.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and forecast entry-level requirements, advising on early talent strategies.
  • Design and execute sourcing and attraction campaigns to build a strong pipeline of high-potential early-career candidates.
  • Own and develop internship and graduate programs, managing recruitment campaigns, assessment planning, and onboarding support.
  • Conduct CV reviews and interviews, assessing candidates for capability, mindset, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey from first contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Manage and nurture talent pools using proactive outreach and networking strategies.
  • Represent Super Technologies at career fairs, university events, and hackathons across different geographies.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Careers Recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring graduates, interns, or junior profiles.
  • Experience designing or owning graduate hiring cycles and campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple processes and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to events, universities, and talent fairs as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of data-informed decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
