Distribution Center Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Supervisor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure the consistent application of standard operating procedures while collaborating with local leadership to enhance processes and implement network design improvements. As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence and work closely with team members to meet customer expectations and achieve operational KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all picking, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Lead daily safety meetings and oversee pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Protect company assets, including inventory and equipment, while maintaining facility standards.
• Execute company safety initiatives and manage the on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day operations, including route determination and inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training.
• Other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a current driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
