Onboarding Program Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Onboarding Program Manager remote to join Semperis, a leader in cybersecurity innovation. In this role, you will lead the structured execution of customer onboarding programs from deal closure through deployment and adoption, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding projects across multiple customer segments (Tier 0–Tier 3), ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
  • Maintain structured project plans, task tracking, and status reporting to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and delays, escalating issues where necessary to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Facilitate the Sales-to-Customer Success handover process, ensuring complete knowledge transfer prior to onboarding kick-off.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure it is centrally stored and version controlled for easy access.
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) during onboarding with coordination, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize onboarding workflows across customer tiers, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct health checks and manage data collection to provide insights for Customer Success leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination, project management, or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Customer Success, Technical Delivery, or Professional Services teams.
  • Exposure to identity security, Active Directory, Entra ID, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Experience supporting onboarding across multiple customer segments.
