About the Role
Join Deel as a Senior Product Data Analyst and become a key player in our mission to transform global work. As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to provide actionable insights that drive product strategy and enhance user experience. This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in EMEA, contributing to a dynamic team that spans over 100 countries.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Development teams to create actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor product and feature release performance, defining baselines and success metrics for optimization.
- Analyze market data to identify customer behavior and trends, informing product strategy.
- Help design and evaluate A/B tests to improve customer journeys.
- Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your product areas.
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making.
- Explore large and complex datasets to create actionable insights.
- Build data models in dbt with the support of Analytics Engineers, ensuring clean data structures and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a product analytics team.
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools, preferably Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude.
- Solid experience with Data Modeling (DBT).
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority.
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles.
