Nurse - Remote Hospitalization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse - Remote Hospitalization Specialist to join our team at Blue Healthcare. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care with clinical rigor, ensuring a human touch in every shift. As a remote nurse, you will be the calming presence that guides patients from admission to discharge, listening, accompanying, and coordinating care to ensure nothing essential is overlooked. You will transform each shift into a collaborative effort where trust, respect, and closeness guide every action.

What You'll Do

• Assess and plan patient care: conduct comprehensive evaluations, set objectives, and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
• Administer treatments safely: prepare and administer medications and therapies, verify patient identities and allergies, and monitor effects.
• Monitor and document patient progress: track vital signs, pain levels, risks, and clinical changes; document in the Health Information System (HIS) with traceability.
• Coordinate with the care team: communicate relevant findings and collaborate with medical and support teams.
• Prevent risks and infections: implement safety protocols in compliance with Joint Commission standards.
• Support patients and families: provide clear information, promote self-care, and participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice nursing.
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level is valued, as well as knowledge of other foreign languages.

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR).
• Certification in advanced life support.
