About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join Mantle Network, a pioneering company in the Web3 space. As a Motion Graphic Designer at Mantle Network, you will be responsible for creating visually striking and engaging motion graphics and videos that align with our brand. What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design innovative motion graphics and videos that reflect Mantle Network’s brand identity.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts for video projects, ensuring a compelling narrative.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to produce high-quality animations.
• Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring seamless transitions and overall video quality.
• Select and integrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all motion graphics and videos adhere to Mantle Network’s brand guidelines.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to meet expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design and animation trends.
• Prior experience in web3 is a plus.
