Mid-Senior Azure Cloud Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

Netrix Global is seeking a talented Azure Cloud Engineer remote to join our Professional Services – Cloud Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud solutions using Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of our applications and services in the cloud.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services effectively.
• Implement cloud architecture principles including scalability, availability, security, and cost optimization.
• Work with compute, networking, storage, and data platforms; manage identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Apply the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Collaborate with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Azure Administrator, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience with hybrid environments and cloud migrations from on-premises or other clouds.
• Strong architectural decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence design decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AKS, containers, or microservices architectures.
• Exposure to FinOps / cost governance.
• Multi-cloud awareness (AWS / GCP).
