Phone Opener /​ Appointment Setter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Phone Opener / Appointment Setter to join our team at Zierhut IT GmbH. This remote opportunity allows you to work in a supportive environment where your primary responsibility will be to make calls and schedule follow-up appointments. As a Phone Opener / Appointment Setter, you will not need to provide IT advice or conduct research; your focus will be on initiating conversations and setting up meetings for our team.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prepared contacts based on a clear script.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain a daily average of 150 call attempts.
• Utilize our existing CRM and documentation tools to streamline the process.
• Work in a friendly and professional manner, handling rejections gracefully.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German.
• Enjoyment of phone conversations and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and disciplined work ethic.
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to meet clear performance metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in call centers or telephone sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
