About the Role

Chubb Fire & Security is looking for a dedicated Fire Safety Maintenance Technician to join our team remotely. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and functionality of fire safety systems, making it a vital position in our operations. As a Fire Safety Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure our clients' safety and compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do

• Organize and manage your interventions effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client needs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on fire safety systems and document your interventions using our tools.
• Perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues in fire safety systems and execute repairs promptly.
• Prepare for client visits by verifying necessary equipment and materials are ready for use.
• Provide expert advice to clients on improving their fire safety measures and compliance.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure all safety protocols are followed during interventions.
• Complete small work estimates and maintain communication with clients regarding their service needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest fire safety technologies and practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fire safety or a related technical field is preferred.
• A technical degree (BAC +2) in electronics, electrotechnics, or related fields is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to client interactions.
• A valid driving license (B) is mandatory for this mobile role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods in fire safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, primarily during the day.

Nice to Have

• Experience with alarm systems or low current technology.
