About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager for Seating Solutions to join our innovative team at Sedus. This remote role allows you to contribute to the development of ergonomic products that enhance workplace environments. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our seating product portfolio, focusing on design, ergonomics, and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and management of our seating product range, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to derive actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales, customers, marketing, development, and production teams to create market-oriented products.
• Utilize agile methodologies for efficient product planning and development.
• Proactively identify changes in the workplace environment and translate them into new product ideas.
• Oversee product positioning, pricing, and international market launches.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably in the office furniture or seating sector.
• Strong design awareness and solid understanding of ergonomics.
• Agile working style, structured approach, and hands-on mentality.
• Sales-oriented with proactive, entrepreneurial thinking.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across departments on an international level.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
