Agile Team Manager - CPQ and CRM Team (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Agile Team Manager for our CPQ and CRM team to join our innovative company, Leaseweb. This Agile Team Manager role will be remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while leading a talented team of engineers. You will play a crucial role in managing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop, coach, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Handle team management tasks such as hiring and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate Scrum events and implement agile principles and practices.
• Drive the team to the next maturity level by creating insights and identifying process improvements.
• Support the Product Owner and guide business stakeholders to align with team objectives.
• Proactively communicate and resolve dependencies between teams and departments.
• Build a high-performance, self-managed team that fosters collaboration.
• Accountable for the technical delivery of the engineering team, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Experience as a people manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills to inspire your team.
• Proficient in facilitating and organizing Scrum events.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on team motivation.
• Familiarity with platforms like SAP CPQ, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A passion for Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Ability to address issues and remove impediments effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a remote-first work environment.
• Knowledge of metrics and performance evaluation techniques.
• Previous experience in a multicultural work setting.
