Mid-Market Account Executive (German Speaker) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive (German Speaker) - Remote to join our dynamic team at n8n. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and closing, all while working remotely from Europe. As a key player in our sales team, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expanding our market footprint.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales process with an average deal size of €35–45K ARR.
- Utilize inbound leads (approximately 800/month) while also driving outbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical decision-makers in DevOps, Engineering, and IT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to enhance sales strategies.
- Continuously improve sales efficiency through process optimization and effective tooling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market deals and achieving high quotas (600K ARR).
- Strong technical acumen, with experience selling to technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with open-source software and developer tools.
- Background in startups at Series A-C stage.
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) companies.
