Mid-Level UX Designer - Remote Opportunity at DoiT

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level UX Designer to join our dynamic team at DoiT. This remote UX Designer position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, or Estonia. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our DoiT Console, ensuring it is built on user-centered best practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep contextual understanding of the public cloud, our business, our users, and their needs.
• Create sketches, workflow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
• Produce high-quality design outputs with a sharp focus on business and customer value.
• Contribute to user research efforts and conduct regular usability studies and customer interviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to enhance the design system.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, operations meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the design industry, particularly in solving complex product problems.
• Solid understanding of public cloud data and analytics is mandatory.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills.
• Experience using Figma, FigJam, and Jira.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
