Cyber Red Team Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Red Team Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will assist in preparing briefing materials and position papers that represent the team’s interests in the broader red team community. As a Cyber Red Team Specialist, you will support the accreditation and certification of Cyber Mission Force (CMF) teams by helping to set up and execute realistic training challenges. You will participate in the iterative testing of new red team tools and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to ensure they meet performance specifications.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing briefing materials and position papers for the red team community.
• Support CMF team accreditation by executing realistic training challenges.
• Participate in testing new red team tools and TTPs.
• Manage assigned technical tasks during the CMF team certification process.
• Research new red team concepts and collect relevant articles and product information.
• Provide technical support for the implementation of new adversary product development plans.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience in cybersecurity, particularly in red teaming and adversary simulation.
• Strong understanding of TTPs and experience with virtual network architectures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cyber Mission Force (CMF) teams.
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and policies related to cybersecurity.
