About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Xometry. This remote opportunity allows you to manage the safe and efficient operation of our offices across multiple European countries, including Germany, France, the UK, and Bulgaria. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities reflect our company values and support employee productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of offices, including building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, cleaning, security, and reception.
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
  • Source, select, coordinate, and monitor contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and fire safety regulations across all offices.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting for facility maintenance and capital projects.
  • Build effective relationships with landlords, suppliers, office managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Promote a hospitable and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
  • Travel between European offices as required, approximately quarterly or as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing contractors, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Bulgarian) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel between European offices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-site or hospitality-oriented environments.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards in EU countries.
