Medical Professional (m/​f/​d) - Full-Time Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Professional (m/f/d) to join our team remotely. As a Medical Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of our plasma donors. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment without night, Sunday, or holiday shifts.

What You'll Do

• Welcome donors warmly and create a trusting atmosphere.
• Perform venipunctures safely and empathetically.
• Set up plasmapheresis devices carefully and monitor the donation process.
• Ensure the well-being of donors and maintain the quality of donations.
• Respond professionally to donor reactions and provide support.
• Document all procedures meticulously.

Requirements

• Completed medical training (e.g., MFA, health and nursing professional, paramedic).
• German language skills at least at B1 level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to donor satisfaction.
• Reliable and precise working style.
• Willingness to work scheduled early and late shifts (7:00-15:30 & 12:00-20:30).
• Experience in venipuncture is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare or donor-related environment.
• Previous training in customer service or patient interaction.

What We Offer

• Attractive salary between €35,000 - €41,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
