Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and CRM systems. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and optimizing our CRM automation workflows to enhance client engagement and lead generation.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute marketing strategies to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Optimize campaigns across digital channels including social media, paid ads, email, and SEO.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion performance to improve future campaigns.
• Build and optimize website pages and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and manage the client database, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
• Create engaging content tailored to mortgage and property investment audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in financial services or property investment.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, funnel optimization, and digital campaign management.
• Proven experience in website and landing page development (WordPress or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation (n8n or Zapier).
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and workflow automation (GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., AIOSEO, Google Analytics).
• Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
