IT Opening Coordinator - Remote Position at LPP
About the Role

As an IT Opening Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support for store openings and closings across multiple locations in Bosnia and abroad.
What You'll Do
- Provide onsite IT installations and support across various locations.
- Actively participate in every stage of store openings and closings.
- Collaborate with hardware and software suppliers as well as IT partners.
- Serve as the communication point between the IT Opening Group and store opening coordinators.
- Manage day-to-day ServiceDesk operations, ensuring effective incident handling and service requests.
- Oversee department-related invoice tracking and management.
- Perform hardware break-fix services and manage repairs through warranty channels.
- Install pre-defined computer images and re-install applications on desktops/laptops as per company procedures.
- Provide basic remote support for countries within the LPP Group.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation, and deliver necessary training.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and directives.
- Support regional countries as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of IT experience with a strong interest in technical solutions.
- Proven customer service skills and experience working with third-party IT providers.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-management skills with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the retail sales business.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel, including abroad.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VM, and AD.
- Experience with Android, Office 365, Jira/Confluence (user level).
- Basic computer networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with fiscal devices and POS systems is an advantage.
