About the Role

Join our team as an IT Opening Coordinator in a remote capacity! This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an IT Opening Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support for store openings and closings across multiple locations in Bosnia and abroad.

What You'll Do

  • Provide onsite IT installations and support across various locations.
  • Actively participate in every stage of store openings and closings.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software suppliers as well as IT partners.
  • Serve as the communication point between the IT Opening Group and store opening coordinators.
  • Manage day-to-day ServiceDesk operations, ensuring effective incident handling and service requests.
  • Oversee department-related invoice tracking and management.
  • Perform hardware break-fix services and manage repairs through warranty channels.
  • Install pre-defined computer images and re-install applications on desktops/laptops as per company procedures.
  • Provide basic remote support for countries within the LPP Group.
  • Prepare user manuals and documentation, and deliver necessary training.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and directives.
  • Support regional countries as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of IT experience with a strong interest in technical solutions.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience working with third-party IT providers.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-management skills with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of the retail sales business.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel, including abroad.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VM, and AD.
  • Experience with Android, Office 365, Jira/Confluence (user level).
  • Basic computer networking knowledge.
  • Familiarity with fiscal devices and POS systems is an advantage.
