Manager, Product Finance & Strategy - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Product Finance & Strategy to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial in supporting growth across Checkr’s new and emerging products. As a key member of the Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team, you will enhance strategic decision-making through deep cross-functional partnerships and financial analyses.

What You’ll Do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating decisions.
• Evaluate new products, use cases, pricing, and packaging opportunities using financial and strategic frameworks.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases.
• Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.
• Strong business judgment and executive communication; able to turn ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• High ownership, bias for action, and a desire to leverage AI tools to improve decision-making.
