Launch Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Launch Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Launch Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for newly signed partners on the Owner platform. This role requires strong communication skills to ensure alignment on expectations, leading to a successful mobile app and website launch for restaurants. You will manage a portfolio of partners at various stages of the onboarding journey, making strong organizational skills essential.

What You'll Do

• Welcome new partners to the Owner platform and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications via email, calls, and SMS.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape the future of our platform.
• Log all activities in Salesforce and measure success by collecting necessary assets and information.
• Set proper expectations ahead of launch and ensure a seamless handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to professional development.
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to identify issues and take ownership.
• Strong English fluency (C1/C2 preferred) in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and online ordering setups.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
