About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Labor Consultant Associate to join our team remotely. As a Labor Consultant Associate, you will provide specialized consulting services to clients in labor law, payroll, and employee welfare. This role is essential in helping companies manage their workforce effectively and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert consulting to clients on labor law, social security, taxation, mandatory compliance, labor costs, corporate welfare, and international mobility.
- Participate in the activities of our Research Center, contributing to the production of content, publications, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to support complex cases and consulting topics.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best advice.
Requirements
- Qualification and registration with the Labor Consultants' Register.
- Previous experience in a similar role (2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social security, taxation, collective labor agreements, and relationships with social security and insurance entities.
- Familiarity with welfare and international mobility issues.
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client relationships independently.
