What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Create smooth animations and optimize performance to enhance user experiences.
• Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider for complex business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that reach millions of users.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI and 60 FPS animations across various devices.
• Participate in periodic visits to our headquarters in Skopje for team-building activities and integration.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter with a focus on high-performance UI.
• Experience in developing both mobile applications and games.
• Proven track record of launching at least one high-performance app or game on Google Play or the App Store.
• Familiarity with backend solutions like Supabase, Firebase, or SQL.
• Deep understanding of state management solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Flame engine or custom game loops.
• Knowledge of modern development workflows and tools.
