As our Influencer Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence in the UK by building authentic partnerships with influencers and creators.

What You'll Do

• Drive the expansion of the UK market through innovative influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Own the end-to-end process of influencer partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Identify and engage new partners, evaluating brand fit based on content, audience, and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize partnerships for better results.
• Develop and scale processes for the partnerships function, focusing on automation and workflow improvements.
• Conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact influencer campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Represent YAZIO at influencer events, industry gatherings, and conferences to enhance our brand visibility.
• Manage external agencies and oversee operational topics such as contracts, invoicing, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on the UK market.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships and trust.
