What You'll Do

• Develop innovative vehicle design concepts from initial sketches to detailed 3D models and visualizations.
• Translate technical requirements into functional and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
• Design and refine interior and exterior vehicle components with a focus on usability, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Analyze materials, manufacturing methods, and technical constraints to optimize design outcomes.
• Create high-quality visual assets, including renderings, presentations, and technical illustrations.
• Continuously improve vehicle ergonomics to enhance comfort, safety, and user experience.
• Support product development processes by providing clear design documentation and specifications.
• Contribute to the protection of company intellectual property by documenting and reporting innovations.

Requirements

• A university degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or vehicle design.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., Alias, Blender, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Ability to create both conceptual designs and production-ready solutions.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
• Strong visual communication skills, including sketching and rendering.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with technical constraints.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Fluency in English at a professional level (B2 or higher).
