UI/​UX Designer - Remote Position at Aedra

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Aedra in a fully remote capacity. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the design and usability of our platform, which is tailored for active traders and investors. This opportunity allows you to create intuitive and visually cohesive user experiences that will significantly impact our users' decision-making processes.

What You'll Do

• Audit the existing product experience to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for key features that enhance user interaction.
• Improve onboarding processes, dashboards, and core tracking workflows to boost user retention.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to implement effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations to refine user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across the Aedra platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web or product-based applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Interest in fintech, trading platforms, or data-heavy applications is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
