About the Role

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative PR campaigns and brand strategies that effectively communicate our clients' messages.
• Support the wider account team by generating creative ideas, drafting press materials, and engaging in media pitching.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of consumer media and content creators in Ireland.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and project management, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance consistently.
• Contribute positively to Teneo's culture and team dynamics.
• Work seamlessly with various business areas within Teneo to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong media and influencer knowledge.
• A keen interest in culture and lifestyle trends, particularly in Dublin and Ireland.
• Experience in managing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative brand ideas that resonate.
• Excellent media relations, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant third-level qualification in public relations or communications.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
