About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Control Center Manager to lead our automotive technical control center in Echirolles. As a Technical Control Center Manager, you will oversee the operations of our facility, ensuring quality, safety, and customer service are at the forefront of our mission. What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to labor laws and hygiene standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must hold the prefectural approval as an automotive technical controller.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a technical control center.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
  • Proficient in using modern technical tools and software for vehicle inspections.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in vehicle inspections.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
