About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Information Systems Administrator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various HR functions. As a Human Resources Information Systems Administrator, you will help streamline HR operations and enhance employee engagement through effective data management.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights on employee engagement and HR metrics.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HRIS administration or related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and data management tools.
