Quality Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team at Magnera. This Quality Engineer remote position will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be part of a dedicated team that focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer complaints and feedback by implementing immediate actions to ensure production quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corresponding action plans to address issues effectively.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the resolution process to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Oversee supplier non-conformities by analyzing issues and communicating with suppliers regarding complaints and associated costs.
• Collaborate with the production team to monitor and measure supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in internal audits and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
• Review and validate customer specifications and assist the Quality Manager with assigned tasks.
• Participate in customer visits and audits to ensure compliance with quality expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations effectively.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
• Fluency in English is required.
