HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition & Training (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition & Training to join our fully remote team. This HR Generalist role focuses on talent acquisition and employee development, making it a vital position within our organization. You will play a key role in supporting a remote workforce of approximately 300 employees across various departments. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for technical, operations, and corporate roles, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and conduct interviews.
- Evaluate and enhance current ATS processes, leading system assessments to improve efficiency.
- Design and implement training programs that foster employee growth and engagement.
- Create tailored learning paths for individual contributors and managers to support their development.
- Strengthen onboarding processes to ensure new hires succeed in a fully remote environment.
- Act as a culture ambassador, embedding company values into hiring and training practices.
- Support company-wide initiatives and events to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development roles.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting processes from intake through to offer.
- Experience in building or improving training and development programs.
- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Familiarity with compliance standards and employment regulations.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
