Head of SEO - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of SEO to join our team at Paradise Media, a high-growth digital media company in the iGaming affiliate space. This remote Head of SEO position offers you the chance to take full ownership of the SEO strategy, execution, and long-term growth of one of our flagship sites. You will be responsible for not only rankings but also traffic quality, revenue impact, and the long-term defensibility of the site.

What You'll Do

• Own the full SEO lifecycle of a flagship site, from strategy through execution and iteration.
• Be accountable for rankings, traffic, revenue contribution, and long-term SEO resilience.
• Define and continuously evolve the SEO strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Design scalable SEO systems including templates, workflows, guardrails, and automation.
• Orchestrate teams of AI agents to achieve SEO goals across the site.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives in partnership with developers, focusing on crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, revenue, and indicators of SEO health, diagnosing performance drops.
• Act as the senior SEO authority, mentoring SEO managers and specialists.

Requirements

• Hands-on SEO experience with ownership of large or high-value sites.
• Proven experience scaling competitive websites in iGaming or similar verticals.
• Strong foundation in large-site architecture and complex migrations.
• Experience managing SEO risk in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable using CLI-based AI tools or able to learn rapidly.
• Strong commercial intuition with the ability to operate independently.

• Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows.
• Calm under pressure during traffic drops or major launches.
