Project Owner - Remote Position at Ruby Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Owner to join our dynamic team at Ruby Labs. This remote Project Owner role is crucial for driving operational excellence and enhancing team efficiency through innovative processes and AI tools. You will be the backbone of our fast-paced product team, ensuring that every initiative is executed flawlessly.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery and execution across all projects, ensuring clarity on ownership, deadlines, and definitions of success.
• Manage Notion task boards, maintaining accuracy and consistency to reflect the team's reality.
• Implement a Definition of Ready standard for all tasks entering sprints, ensuring quality control.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive processes and enhance productivity.
• Provide weekly reports on team velocity and output, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress and potential blockers.
• Conduct daily syncs to ensure all team members are aligned on their tasks and expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and prevent miscommunication.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in Notion, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all team members.
• Continuously identify and propose improvements to optimize team processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Owner, Project Manager, or Operations Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Notion, including task boards and automation features.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Notion AI and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to enforce structured delivery processes and maintain high standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in Russian, with professional communication skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team management.

• Background in consumer products or tech industries.
