About the Role

Join Frends as the Head of B2B Growth Marketing & ABM and help innovate our B2B growth engine. This remote role offers you the chance to shape our go-to-market strategy in a rapidly growing company. What You'll Do

  • Design and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across various industries and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) tiers.
  • Transform existing marketing efforts into a repeatable, high-performing system that drives pipeline growth and sales alignment.
  • Own the paid marketing strategy on platforms like LinkedIn and Google, focusing on pipeline, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
  • Enhance our website into a high-performing growth asset by optimizing messaging, user journeys, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Build intent-driven workflows in collaboration with RevOps to empower sales teams with actionable insights.
  • Provide performance reporting that goes beyond attribution, focusing on understanding how we influence the buyer's journey.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or ABM roles.
  • Experience selling to technical audiences, including CIOs, CTOs, and Architects.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth, not just leads.
  • Strong ABM experience with a focus on sales alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with paid marketing, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing stacks.
  • Data-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iPaaS, APIs, or automation.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation at scale.
  • Experience using AI in marketing workflows.
