Reward Analyst (Equity-focused) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Reward Analyst (Equity-focused) remote to support the development and implementation of our global equity reward framework. This role will focus on the next phase of equity program development, working closely with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and external partners. As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in benchmarking, reward analytics, plan documentation, and vendor coordination, helping build scalable equity processes as we continue to evolve our long-term incentive strategy.

What You'll Do

• Support the design and implementation of equity positioning and grant guidelines.
• Produce benchmarking insights and summaries for senior leadership.
• Contribute to global LTI program design and scenario modelling.
• Model share-based compensation (SBC) and track dilution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Tax on forecasting and country feasibility.
• Work with internal teams on compensation ranges and geographic multipliers.
• Prepare structured packs and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Consolidate market, legal, and tax data into clear analytical materials.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with equity compensation (RSU, ESOP, LTI programs).
• Strong experience in compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and reward program design.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing analytical materials for senior leadership.
• Understanding of equity structures, SBC, dilution, and global compensation frameworks.
• Familiarity with market-leading reward practices and geographic pay differentiation.
• Ability to work with large datasets, structure insights, and solve complex problems.
