Senior Director - Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Director - Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) to join our dynamic team at Infosys BPM. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while driving business development for our Hire to Retire outsourcing services. As a Senior Director, you will play a crucial role in our Enterprise services leadership team, collaborating with various departments to deliver transformative HR solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead responses and proposals against client RFXs as a domain expert in HR outsourcing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, HR Function leaders, and Shared Services heads.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client HR leaders, providing insights on leveraging our HR solutions.
• Co-lead HR outsourcing and transformation pursuits with sales teams to ensure high-quality proposals.
• Engage with client leaders to understand their requirements and present tailored proposals.
• Participate in senior governance for services transition and transformation projects.
• Create and deliver high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 16+ years of experience in HR outsourcing.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Hire to Retire HR functions and best practices in HR outsourcing.
• Proven track record of providing CHRO advisory services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in creating compelling proposals and presentations.
• Flexibility to work across varied time zones for global collaboration.

• Prior experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
