About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Early Life Nutrition Alliance (ELNA). This remote position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and nutrition and wants to make a meaningful impact. As a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for connecting high-level marketing strategies with seamless execution. You will own the operational engine behind our marketing efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and with intention.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize marketing funnels to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
• Manage campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to drive growth.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing platforms and touchpoints.
• Lead the planning and execution of major product launches, coordinating all campaign assets and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign and funnel management.
• Strong understanding of marketing data and performance optimization.
• Experience with tools such as Kajabi, Keap (or similar CRM), and Meta Ads.
• Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach.

Nice to Have

• Background in health, wellness, or education sectors.
• Experience with SEO, YouTube growth, or content strategy.
• Familiarity with Canva or creative asset coordination.
