About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows that generate paid creative assets, landing pages, and editorial content at scale.
• Own the end-to-end creative and content production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Serve as the creative and editorial quality filter for all AI-generated output, ensuring alignment with Cash App's brand standards.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth marketers to translate campaign briefs into effective AI-generated content.
• Analyze performance metrics of paid creative and organic content, refining AI-generated outputs based on data insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on paid creative strategy and content production.
• A strong creative and editorial eye, capable of evaluating visual design and written content.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows for creative production.
• Understanding of paid media best practices and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing content strategies that enhance organic visibility through SEO.
